Privacy notice

This is the personal portfolio website of Corran “Rev” O'Donnell (REV Creative Developer), based in Scotland, United Kingdom. I am responsible for the information described on this page.

You can browse every public page without giving me any personal information.

I do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and I do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Like all websites, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs to keep the site secure and working.

If you send me a message, I receive your name, email address, subject and message. I use these only to read and reply to your message.

Messages are stored securely in my private database and are only visible to me and administrators I have approved. They are deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner if no longer needed. Your IP address is not stored — only a scrambled, one-way code used to block spam.

To stop spam, the form limits how many messages can be sent in an hour and uses hidden checks that only automated bots trip.

Public visitors receive no cookies from this website.

The private dashboard (for me and approved administrators only) uses a strictly necessary login cookie. It is required for signing in and is not used for tracking.

Approved administrators sign in with Discord. I receive only their Discord user ID, username and avatar — never their Discord password or email address. Administrative actions are recorded in a security log.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Use the contact form and I will respond as soon as possible.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
