Terms of Use

The simple rules for using this website.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you use revcreativedeveloper.com (“the website”), the personal portfolio website of Corran “Rev” O'Donnell, trading as REV Creative Developer, based in Scotland, United Kingdom.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

What the website is

The website shows my personal projects, design work and skills. It is a personal, non-commercial website — nothing is sold here and no services are offered for payment.

Using the website

You may browse the public pages and share links to them.

Please don't try to break, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to the website, its private portal, its database or any connected service, and don't use the contact form to send spam, abuse or harmful content.

The private portal

The portal (dashboard) is for me and staff I have personally approved. Signing in with Discord does not give access — only approved accounts can use it. Any attempt to access it without permission is not allowed and may be logged.

My content

The REV Creative Developer name, logos, designs, images, text and other content on this website belong to me unless stated otherwise. See the Copyright & Licence page for details.

Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as GitHub and Discord. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information — please check their own terms and privacy policies.

No guarantees

I work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but it is provided “as is”. I can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and information about projects may change.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction.
